Job Description:

  • Overview: One of our large clients in the Cleveland area is seeking an experienced and skilled LoanIQ Software Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using LoanIQ, Servicing software. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of LoanIQ, experience with software development, and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 1 year contract 
    • * Experience with version control systems such as Git
    • * Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • * Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
    • * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
    • * Experience with LoanIQ workflows, rules, and data models
    • * Basic understanding of LoanIQ architecture and APIs
    • * At least 5+ years of experience in .NET and LoanIQ software development
    • * Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Requirements:
    • * Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure high quality of the code
    • * Collaborate with DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment of applications
    • * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in LoanIQ development
    • * Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry standards
    • * Troubleshoot and debug software issues
    • * Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
    • * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
    • * Strong knowledge on writing and analyzing complex SQL queries.
    • * Experience in .NET C# application Development – Web , Restfull API
    • * Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using .NET framework on LoanIQ APIs and Data Model
    • Responsibilities:
    • Requirements:
      ·       Business Analyst with experience preferably in Commercial Lending Space
      ·       5-15 yrs of B/A experience
      ·       Experienced Business Analyst with LoanIQ and AFS Product Knowledge
      .       Experienced Business Analysts with knowledge in System Design, SQL , XMLs.
      ·       Collaboration skills with line of business owners, including gathering, writing, and communicating requirements with technology teams.
      ·       Strong skillset needed in Jira, Confluence and Visio.
      ·       Ability to read and comprehend call flows.
      ·       Ability to oversee other Business Analysts, and run projects end to end.
      Preferred Skills: ·      
        Commercial Lending Domain Knowledge , Banking and Financial BA Experience ·     
        A certified scrum master/product owner (to help when our scrum master is out) ·
