Position: Cloud Data Architect
Location: Austin, TX
Rate: $75/hr W-2
Duration: 1 year+
Our client is seeking an experienced Cloud Data Architect to:
(1) build a replication framework
(2) curate and standardize data coming from different sources
(3) conform the data
(4) load reporting structures.

This resource will be using core cloud data warehouse tools, spark, events streaming platforms, and other data management-related technologies. You will also engage in requirements and solution concept development, requiring strong analytic and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Optimally leverage the data integration tool components for developing efficient solutions for data management, data wrangling, data packaging, and integration.
• Develop overall design and determine the division of labor across various architectural components
• Develop CI/CD processes Build and deploy standard architecture components Mentor client personnel.
• Assist in the development of task plans including schedule and effort estimation
  Qualifications: Years Skills/Experience
• 4-7 Experience with complete life cycle data framework implementations (architecting ETL pipelines, building data delivery frameworks, etc.)
• 4-7 Experience developing, deploying, and supporting scalable and high-performance data warehouse projects (leveraging distributed, data movement technologies and)
• 4-7 Strong and deep experience building data pipelines using Python and AWS services
• 4 -7 Experience working with Snowflake DB
• 4-7 Knowledge of industry standard patterns, practices and technologies including Microservices and containers, Cloud, REST and web services APIs I
