SITUATION  

Our client is a Digital Investment Brokerage Service who required a complete redesign of their online application to improve customer engagement experience. The new system would allow their users to connect to data from disparate back-end systems. The system would allow for easy analysis and decision making using any customer device. Our client sought a cost effective, on-time solution to provide delivery of enhanced functionality and decreased client oversight.



SOLUTION  

To advance our client’s digital transformation and growth, we established a Program Management Office (PMO) that included a digital deployment team. Led by a project manager and an on-site account manager, the PMO assisted our client in revolutionizing the overall customer experience and streamlining front to back digital interfaces. The PMO also assisted with evolving the client’s applications in a controlled and customer-driven pace. The PMO implemented the following:

  • Deployed superior consultants with digital transformation experience while consistently meeting SLAs
  • Implemented and led bi-weekly “best practice” meetings with the delivery team to ensure digital team success
  • Employed a technical consultant with extensive knowledge of the client’s technical environment to screen candidates
  • Refined the team’s skill mix as deliverables and milestones were achieved
  • Provided monthly executive level meetings to review the progression of SLAs and project deliverables
  • Led oversight and digital workforce management including: demand planning, KPI and budget reporting, onboarding and training, and retention processes

    Implementing the PMO with a digital development team provided the following results for the project:
