With a short upgrade timeline and numerous locations, our client needed a partner to assist in completing upgrades in the field, central offices, and in residential locations in 13 states throughout the Southeastern and Midwestern markets. SOLUTION We provided a scalable solution to meet the high volume of resource requirements across all locations that included the following: Building 10 custom teams across locations including cable technicians and supervisors Assisting with daily schedules and work distribution Collaborating with the client to review work load and demand planning for project expansion, as needed Managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying a pool of candidates to interviewing and on-boarding selected candidates Providing all equipment trucks, ladders, testing equipment, uniforms, car decals, testing tools, etc. Created structured communication plan with client management teams to track daily production, quality control and overall customer satisfaction RESULT This project was completed ahead of schedule, with nearly 150 technicians and supervisors deployed, and with over 90% retention rate. Our flexibility to accommodate demand changes due to union laws, inclement weather, and other unforeseen business impacts, enabled overall program acceptance.
