SITUATION  

Our client employs more than 7,000 technical professionals nationwide, spanning IT business applications, IT support, telecommunications, finance and accounting, and engineering skill sets. When Apex first began working for this client there were over 180 vendors.​



SOLUTION  

In order to effectively support this client and out-perform the competition, Apex directly aligned our services to meet our client’s requirements:​

  • Aligned 34 of our branch offices to match the client’s geographic-footprint​
  • Designated a national account manager to serve as a single point-of-contact to client, as well as to ensure Apex is delivering upon the set service level agreements ​
  • Provided contingent labor needs across all disciplines, including IT, finance and accounting, and engineering​
  • Built-in redundancy with our National Recruiting Center for large volume requests​
  • Performed a higher level of screening before candidate submittal resulting in a fill ratio of 61.2% Apex focused on areas where we had candidates in the pipeline and could easily fill requirements​

    Apex was added to the “Approved Suppliers” list and was selected as a recipient of our client’s Supplier Excellence Award in the “IT Services” category, recognizing Apex’s effort and achievement in demonstrating performance excellence.
