Welcome to the MyApex Time Management System. Please use the links to the right to select the proper portal based on your role.

Please note: if you are using an Apple device to view personal pay information, you will need to download Adobe Reader from the App Store.

Role-based actions:

Contractor:
   - Enter hours worked
   - View and update some personal information
   - Set up, view, and update your direct deposit
   - View your paycheck
   - Access W-4 tax information
   - View general benefits information

Internal Employees:
   - Enter hours worked
   - View and update some personal information
   - Set up, view, and update your direct deposit
   - View your paycheck
   - Access W-4 tax information
   - View general benefits information

Clients:
   - View and approve Contractor time and expenses
   - Manage alternate time approvers
   - View reports for Contractor activity

 

 

Scheduled Weekly Maintenance Windows (all times Eastern):
10:00 PM Thursday to 2:00 AM Friday
8:00 PM Saturday to 8:00 AM Sunday
You may not be able to log in or access the system during these times.
