Go to the Time Management System.
1. Please go to www.apexsystems.com or www.apexlifesciences.com click on the link at the top right corner, then click on Clients, then register for a new User ID.
2. Click on Client
3. Click on Register for a new user ID link
4. Accept Terms & Conditions
5. Enter your Time Approver ID and Email address
6. Click Create Account

Once you are logged in, please select the option for “Manage consultant time and expense”.

Your User ID is what you set up upon creating your time approver account. If you cannot remember your User Id you can call Contractor Care at 1-866-612-2739 for assistance on retrieving it.

From the home page
1. Click 'Assign Alternate Time Approver'
2. Select an individual from the drop down box of established time approvers with your company, or click the 'Add New Time Approver' link below that.
3. You will then complete the form and click the 'Assign" button
4. Once your alternate time approver has been assigned, you will be redirected to a screen listing all available consultants that the alternate can be attached to.
5. Simply click the boxes next to each consultant name that they need to approve time for and click save.
6. Changes to your selections can be made anytime by clicking 'View/Unassign Alternate Time Approver' from the homepage and then following the instructions to unassign.

On the Client home page, under the Resources section, you would select “I forgot my password”. You will need your Time Approver ID number as well as the answer to your secret question to receive a generated password.  This password would be sent to your email address.

Please be sure you have your “from” and “thru” dates set to Sunday-Saturday work week when searching for a timecard.
