Your Internal User ID will be emailed to you. It is a system generated email once HR and Payroll have entered your profile in Peoplesoft. If you are unable to find the email in your Outlook Inbox, call Employee Services at 500714 or 1-866-923-2739 for assistance.

No. If you are unable to find the email in your Outlook Inbox, call Employee Services at 500714 or 1-866-923-2739 for assistance. The system will prompt you to change your password on your first Log in attempt. Passwords are case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters

Go to: https://apexsystems.com and select Forgot Your Password. You will be required to enter your Apex User ID for validation as well as the email we have on file. Your new password will be emailed to the address we have on file. You may also call Employee Services during business hours at 500714 or 1-866-923-2739.

Exemption from overtime status is determined by the Job Title assigned. There are certain exceptions, contact your Apex Representative for further explanation.

Hours still must be entered in Peoplesoft/Self Service/Time Entry. Your Manager must approve hours and or expenses.

Yes. Log back in and go to Self Service, then to Time Entry. Use the Calendar Box or Arrows to get to the week ending date that needs correction. Once the hours are correct, hit Submit. Your Manager must be notified to re-approve the correction of any hours.

Yes. You can change the Federal withholding allowances in Self Service > go to the Payroll/Compensation link to > W4 Tax link. For State withholding changes you must submit a new State form to Payroll at: prhelpdesk@apexsystemsinc.com
