This Ask Us Anything: Job Search Q&A Panel addresses these questions, which were submitted in advance by attendees:
1. Should I apply for jobs where I don't have all the requirements? Are the requirements listed in job postings real requirements?
2. I have applied for 200+ jobs and haven't heard anything back. Why? How can I talk to someone?
3. How else can I find a job outside of applying to online postings?
4. Who should I do a mock interview with to be as prepared as possible?
5. How else can I stand out in a really competitive market?
6. My biggest challenge is Ageism. How do I get past that?
