Bridging the latest advances in neuroscience with the study of high performance, participants are introduced to practical approaches to help them work and lead more mindfully and deliver projects more successfully. Participants will learn how to increase resilience and improve productivity by adopting simple techniques that will improve:
1.) Focus and concentration
2.) Stress tolerance & impulse control
3.) Managing competing priorities

 

Speaker Lisa DiTullio

Lisa DiTullio is the principal of Your Project Office, a PMI® Registered Education Provider and consulting organization dedicated to introducing project management as a business competency and enabling organizations to improve decision-making, instill accountability, and enhance communications. Her group offers training programs and advisory services supporting project/business management and team-building activities, as well as project office support services to organizations through an outsourced partnership. Lisa is the editor of ProjectBestPractices, a quarterly newsletter from ProjectWorld, a regular contributor to the Silicon Valley PM and Project Connections blogs, a contributor to PM Network and a distance instructor for Prodevia Learning. She is also the author of Simple Solutions: How “Enterprise Project Management” Supported Harvard Pilgrim Health Care’s Journey from Near Collapse to #1 (iUniverse) and Project Team Dynamics: Enhancing Performance, Improving Results (Management Concepts) which was recently translated by The Publishing House of Electronics Industry in Beijing, China. Her third book, “The Government Manager’s Guide to Leading Teams” was just released. She is a recognized international speaker in her field.
