How to Talk to Executives: Hints to Becoming a Key Advisor - 1 Leadership PDU

Wednesday, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM EDT

Business analysis professionals are excellent at collecting and analyzing large amounts of information, but executives don’t have time (or interest) in knowing it all. To better communicate with your managers, directors, executives, and consulting clients you need to determine the information they really want and how best to present it.

Become a key advisor to your executives by gifting them with ideas, delivering bad news professionally, and being bold with recommendations. Engage executives by presenting a brief teaser to get their interest and make them want more. You should make clear recommendations and be prepared to answer questions; helping your executives to make good decisions. This session will provide useful tactics and examples for communicating the right information in the best way.
