Job Description:

A large Department of Defense company engineering company is looking for a Secret Project Client Support Admin/ Help Desk. If interested, send resume to mcooley@apexsystems.com.

This Candidate will

- Contribute to and implement large and small scale IT Projects as applicable

- Provide in person and Phone Support to project customers on an as-needed basis

- Install Hardware at End Users offices (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc) as applicable to IT Project execution and implementation.

- Display and possess strong Customer Service skills, as this is a Customer Facing position.

Minimum Requirements

- Must have 2 years of experience in help desk ticketing software, incident troubleshooting and escalation, or using remoted desktop management tools and familiarity with ITILv3 or related service delivery frameworks

- Must have a current DOD 8570 IAT level II certification (e.g. Security+, Systems Security Certified Practitioner)

- Must be able to lift, and carry, 25 lbs.

- Must be able to move freely around a large facility, perform under desk work, as well as other physical aspects of the position

- Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
