Role Description

SNOW ITAM - Strategy - PM

Project Manager/workstream lead focused on Configuration Management, HAM, SAM, and APM process design & strategy work. Reports to Program Manager. Provides support to Program Manager in all duties related to project oversight of relevant workstream.

Overall responsibility for the workstream. Manages risks and issues. Project administration (internal and with client). Manages dependencies. Escalation point for the workstream. Overall accountable for ensuring quality solution developed and delivered. Experienced in managing ServiceNow related projects.Will be responsible for managing the relationship between the client and the workstream leads, including collaboration and coordination.

Experience with ServiceNow ITAM (HAM, SAM, APM) and ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping) preferred.
