Job Description:

Customer (Call Center)Service Representative - Boise, Idaho 

Looking for candidates with call center/customer service experience. This is a great opport8unity to get in with a great company with a ton of upside for career growth. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
♦ Communicate with customers in a professional and enthusiastic way
♦ Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
♦ Follow call “scripts” when handling different topics
♦ Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide a solution
♦ Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets
♦ In-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use
♦ Efficiently assess customer needs for product or services
♦ Process customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computer
♦ Initiate and complete new intakes and assist in setting up new accounts where applicable
♦ Arranges necessary referral to community agencies or for those traveling, to assist in
continuity of care
♦ Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules
♦ Follow safe work procedures and ensure adherence to practice of safety daily
♦ Perform other tasks as assigned or needed
Additional
♦ Answer billing and other customer questions or direct customer to proper billing personnel
♦ Keep work area clean and safe

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
♦ Excellent customer service skills
♦ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
♦ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
♦ Excellent written communication skills
♦ Good typing and 10-key skills
♦ Ability to sit for extended periods of time
♦ Accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the position
♦ Detail oriented

Machines Operated:
♦ Computer terminal
♦ Other office machines (copy machine, fax machine, etc.)


Education or Experience Required:
♦ High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred
