This job entails a daily presence at cell sites. You will be the coordinator between Construction Management 3rd party companies, the general contractor performing equipment swaps, and carrier adds, as well as the integration company. You will be reviewing the scope of work, plus Methods and Procedures to ensure that the projects are executed with minimal Network Outages. Finally, you will be syncing with a Project Manager to sync up your schedule on a daily basis and you will ensure all parties involved with integrations understand the time of arrival and access requirements.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
1. (3) years - Industry experience with construction and integrations of wireless cell sites (Macro/Mods).
2. (3) years - RAN project management or coordinator experience.
3. (2) years - Wireless operations experience with troubleshooting and installations, at either Towers, Rooftops, Shelters, or I-Huts.
1. Wireless Construction Manager with Field Experience.
2. Excellent communicator
3. Familiarity with wireless test bed, such as USM
4. Experience with project milestone tools such as Site Tracker or Fuze.
High School Diploma or above
Shift: Business Hours 8 am to 4 pm. There will be some nights and weekends depending on the needs of the business.
