Job Description:

Immediate scope of work:

  1. Managing and maintaining central end-user support site documentation (Sharepoint)
  2. Transform collected feedback into documentation, guides or training add-ons
  3. Vett, test and translate instructions from technical to “user friendly”.

Long term scope:

  1. Help maintain central documentation library for HelpDesk community. 
  2. Assist with overall improvements to onboarding training strategy -identify gaps and improve processes.

Preferred certifications and education level:

Preferred experience: 3-5 years in education/training/onboarding; 1-3 years experience creating end-user documentation. Proficiency in Excel preferred (Manipulating columns of data, basic formulas – our projects are all documented via Excel Trackers). Willingness to learn project facilitation technologies (examples- Smartsheet, Sharepoint, Excel Macros/Pivot Tables, Report Filters, Micro boards). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong active listening skills.
