Digital Experience Coordinator

- Insurance Digital Product Pages - 

Client Type: Financial Services 

Location: REMOTE 

Based out of San Antonio, TX 

Duration: 1 year contract 

This Digital Experience Coordinator role will be responsible for assisting Digital Product Page Owners in creating, maintaining, and optimizing digital product detail pages for auto and property insurance products displayed on its eCommerce platform. Creates and monitors digital product page performance, identifies areas to improve and creates associated recommendations.  Researches and analyzes insurance competitor’s and other best in class digital product detail pages and creates associated recommendations that influence the digital product page roadmap. Partners with cross-functional teams involving SEO, Content, Design, etc. to assist Digital Product Page owners in creating and optimizing digital product detail pages. 

As a team member, supports and serves as a resource to the achievement of team/organization goals. Candidate will assist in the management and support of the end-to-end performance of digital channels (web, mobile web, and mobile applications).

This may include helping in requirements gathering activities, defining member experience target state, developing business cases, and defining requirements. Works under direct supervision and seeks guidance from team members to resolve and escalate issues.

Job Duties:
- Provides subject matter expertise to assist in requirements gathering activities.
- Applies basic knowledge of product/domain to perform routine work assignments.
- Learns to use tools and understand processes necessary to accomplish job/department functions.

- Resolves routine issues and escalates problems as appropriate.
- Researches and identifies industry best practices and trends to increase digital channel effectiveness.
- Acquires and applies foundational knowledge of the business, digital channels, and their processes to daily tasks as assigned.
- Supports team members in gathering, consolidating and validating business assumptions relevant to a digital solution.
- Gathers, as directed, the relevant and quality data sources required to fully answer and address the problem for the recommended strategy.
- Integrates/transforms disparate data sources and applies the appropriate data hygiene techniques.
- Applies innovative and quantitative analytical approaches to draw conclusions and make recommendations to answer the business objective and drive the appropriate change.

- May translate recommendations into communication materials to effectively present to colleagues for peer review and lower-to-mid-management. Incorporates visualization techniques to support the relevant points of the analysis and ease the understanding for less technical audiences.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree (or up to 2 years relevant business experience).
Minimum Experience:
- Digital product page design, business analysis or IT systems experience.
- Basic knowledge of Project Management process.
- Basic knowledge of web analytics tools.
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Preferred Requirements:

  • Detail oriented
  • Highly analytical
  • Working knowledge of business case development
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on website performance
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Marketing (in-house or agency) experience
  • Sales (with experience working with budget goals and success indicators)
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills with stakeholders
