Highlights of Business Operations Analyst:

• Position: Senior Business Operations Analyst
• Location: McLean, Virginia (hybrid, onsite 3 times a week)
• Duration: 9 month contract to hire
• About the Organization:  Our client is a publicly traded, government-sponsored enterprise created to expand the secondary market for mortgages in the US. They buy mortgages, pools them, and sells them as a mortgage-backed security to private investors on the open market.
• Project: Manage day-to-day business operations for multiple mission critical business applications within the client's Information Security department of Enterprise Ops.
• Tech Stacks/Programming Languages: SQL, Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of Cloud Native technology, automation.

Must Haves of Business Operations Analyst:

• 7-10 years of related experience 
• SQL database
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Cloud Native technology (i.e. S3, MongoDB, Snowflake, Postgres, etc.)
• Hands-on automation skills
• Agile methodology

Nice to Haves of Business Operations Analyst:

• Python
• Understanding of mortgage industry, preferably commercial or multifamily real estate
