Description:
The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact all employees.
The ideal candidate:
- Prosci-certified (preference)
- Organizational Change Management and at least some experience with training (OCM experience should carry a heavier weight)
- Experience with initiatives similar to the above
- Able to balance a variety of different tasks for different initiatives at once.
- Able to work in our office Monday through Thursday. Currently, Friday is an optional WFH day, but the position could require being in the office five days a week. This is a deal-breaker – if they can’t meet this requirement, we will need to pursue other candidates.
