Apex Systems is looking to hire a Systems Engineer for one of their reputable telecommunications client they support. This is a contract position that will last 6+ months and has potential to extend and convert (contingent on budget and performance).

This opportunity will follow a hybrid schedule - 3 day onsite and 2 days remote in Charlotte, NC. 

Pay rate: $35/hr W2 - negotiable

Requirements:

• Will cover the migration efforts - Broad understanding of PM/IT Architecting
• Migrating systems to the newer OS's and infrastructure
• Understanding of CPU/Memory and storage
• General knowledge of a the functions of a Network
• Knowledge of cloud and containerization
• Understanding of Hypervisor tech but focused on VMware
• basic understanding of cloud and containerization
