Release Train Engineer for large financial client
Duration: 18mo contract - can convert or extend
Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC
Pay: $63-73/hr depending on experience
Must-have:
- 3+ years of exp as an RTE
- Lean Agile
- SAFE certified
- JIRA
- Banking is a MUST
- Need to have been a risk PM or risk SM previously (this team is in charge of all risk so this person will need the risk background)

Job Description:
The Release Train Engineer’s (RTE) primary purpose is to support Agile Release Trains (ART) by steering them to success and navigating the complexity of delivering software consistently in large environments. The RTE’s focus is to deliver value by managing program level processes, execution, and continuous improvement, as well as Release Train Feature Roadmaps and planning.
