Job Description:

The Senior Information Technology System Specialist leads the implementation,
administration and monitoring of the computing and cloud based solutions on an international platform. This position is an in-office work environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS),
Information Technology or related field. and 8 years experience required or applicable
years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
• Expert in applying IT system principles, concepts, and methods to the infrastructure
protection environment
• The suitable candidate will have experience and working knowledge of the following
software:
o MS M365 Exchange Email End User Support
o MS Exchange Server 2019
o M365 Admin console
o Microsoft (MS) Outlook Client and Outlook Web access (OWA) configuration
support
o Active Directory in a Hybrid environment
o Azure Active Directory Connect
o Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) Mail Routing, email relaying, and mail flow
on IIS 6.0
o MS Authenticator Multi Factor Authentication
o PowerShell and PowerShell scripting
o Mail flow utilizing other M365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
