Job Description:

An exciting opportunity to do something that’s never been done before, with one the largest users of ServiceNow in the world. This role will support a major data migration between domains in ServiceNow. Key workstreams include implementing a custom URL strategy to redirect users, standing up non-production environments and other infrastructure, and creating detailed cutover plans, and managing change across the enterprise. 


Manage day to day scope, schedule, and resource needs for multiple workstreams

Manage project plan, Risk Action Issues Decisions log

Draft meeting agendas and notes, facilitate meetings

Drive forward progress


5-7 years of Technology project manager experience

Desired: Banking/Financial project manager experience, ServiceNow experience


Develop and implement change strategy. Identify and optimize tools that drive change. Creating relevant metrics / KPIs / OKRs to measure the success of an implemented change.

·Assess. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Identify risk associated with the proposed changes and mitigate them.

·Communication. Manage / oversee the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.

Skills: Be able to influence matrixed resources. Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

Outcomes: Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work. These improvements increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.
