Job Title: Help Desk Specialist I
Location: Fully Remote, based in Knoxville, TN
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Compensation: Highly competitive and negotiable

-Open to work the following shifts (all shifts in EST): 7:30am-4:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, 11:00pm-7:30am
-Degree or experience: a degree or 3-4 years of experience.
The support team during the movement from applications to cloud based apps. During the migration, you will be responsible for supporting members with usernames, passwords, account admin tasks, troubleshooting, etc..
Basic Tier 1 skills are required with high level customer service. Someone who takes initiative when they see an issue, a team player, and exceptionally personable. Other preferred skills and experience: ServiceNow, Azure, any cloud experience.
