Logistics: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 3 days onsite/2 days remote
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ 08003
Salary: $55,000-65,000 target
Duration: direct hire/permanent

The Administrative Manager will manage, delegate, coordinate and communicate with the Administrative team to perform their tasks and ensure that all are accountable for performing at a high level.

Must Have Requirements:

  • 3-5 years professional supervisory work experience to manage personnel and productivity.
  • Hands-on experience using Quickbooks 
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Day to Day Operations
  • Point of Contact for Vendors
  • A/R, A/P, Invoicing
  • Manage QuickBooks
  • Monitor Bank Accounts
  • HR, Onboarding/Terminating Employees, Payroll
  • Supply and Marketing Material Ordering
  • Manage Company Share Drive
  • Process Sales in Autotask
  • Manage Office Move
  • Manage Implementation of New Systems

Requirements

  • 3-5 years professional supervisory work experience to manage personnel and productivity.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • Skill at analyzing data and reconciling balances.
  • Strong PC knowledge a must, proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Access, Outlook, SharePoint, QuickBooks, Slack (or any instant messaging app)
  • Well spoken, organized, attention to detail, and self-disciplined.
  • Proficiency in the use of modern technology and systems.
  • Dependable, hardworking, self-starter, tough minded.
  • Ability to manage, delegate, coordinate and communicate with the Administrative team to perform their tasks and ensure that all are accountable for performing at a high level.
  • Ability to manage different personalities to keep them engaged and motivated.
  • Ability to be upbeat, friendly, and personable but able to be stern, lead and manage a team.
  • Ability to properly handle confidential or sensitive information.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently.
  • Ability to perform duties with accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex reports, computer printouts or manuals related to duties as needed to relay information to staff, department heads, vendors, or providers to interpret/ use or analyze data.
  • Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, writing, or in person.
  • Ability to be organized and detailed oriented.
