Asset Management Specialist

12-month contract

Onsite 5 days/week

Our client is looking for personnel to fulfill Asset Management roles in offices across the state of Kentucky.

The ideal candidate for this position must:

• Maintain a valid Driver’s license
• Ability to lift technology hardware assets that may sometimes be heavy
• Ability to work in multiple different positions throughout the day (long standing/long sitting periods)
• Be comfortable using a computer and working overtime as needed
• Have strong analytical skills, be an excellent communicator
• Have strong time-management skills
• Be detailed oriented and highly organized

The job responsibilities for the position are:

• Manage all hardware requests
• Manage Distribution Center Stock levels
• Audit hardware in techs name
• Asset Reconciliation
• Work with data and asset management
• Organize stolen\\lost\\missing devices
• Audit computer naming
• Audit ServiceNow Inactive Users (KHRIS)
• Provide daily reports
• Manage consumables
• Manage DC disposals
