12 month contract
5/days a week on-site in Morehead, KY 40351
The Commonwealth Office of Technology is looking for personnel to fulfill Asset Management roles in offices across the state. The ideal candidate for this position must maintain a valid driver’s license, lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time, spend a major portion of their time using a computer and work overtime as needed. The candidates should also possess strong analytical skills, be an excellent communicator, have strong time-management skills, be detailed oriented and highly organized.
The job responsibilities for the position are:
- Manage all hardware requests
- Manage Distribution Center Stock levels
- Audit hardware in techs name
- Asset Reconciliation
- Work with data and asset management
- Organize stolen\\lost\\missing devices
- Audit computer naming
- Audit ServiceNow Inactive Users (KHRIS)
- Provide daily reports
- Manage consumables
- Manage DC disposals
