Desktop Support Technician

Hiring Company: Apex Systems
Duration: 3 year contract
Location: 100% on-site in Silver Spring, MD 20903
Pay: $20.00/hr. (paid weekly on W-2)
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Preferred Job Skills & Requirements:
- Responds to customers having technical problems/issues related to software and applications via phone and/or online support.
- Troubleshooting General problems with dell computing equipment and products
- Escalating issues to tier two desk
- Customer Service and Personality traits
- High-volume fast paced call center environment.
- PC software and application support experience needed.
- Windows Migration experience
- Standard migration/lug and plug/post deployment support
- Clearable to a public trust
- Customer service and outgoing personality traits
- Active CompTIA Certification. A+ at minimum (must provide certificate or CompTIA ID number)
- Personal, Reliable Car/Driver’s License
