Position: Billing Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC – 100% onsite
Contract Length: 3+++ mo C2H
Top Requirements:
- 2+ years in Data Analytics
- Well spoken, present to leadership - able to defend their work
- SQL Experience - querying
- Strong Excel - v look ups
Nice to have:
- Mathematics background
- Machine learning experience/education
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This team get projects mostly from their peers in marketing in the form of a billing design solution. Marketing team indicates a desire to roll out a certain amount of discount offers in a certain amount of days. If related to the business, this particular team will take on the analyst work. If related to bulk or residential, other teams will take on the work. The analysts role will be to take the request for solution, analyze it, figure out work that needs to be done, come up with high level design, present to leadership to see if that’s the direction leadership approves. It will then be their job to implement into our biller. This is a fast paced role with a learning curve involved – ideal candidates will be ready to work hard, challenged and make a difference.
