Job Description:

Apex Systems, one of the countries largest Information technology staffing firms, is hiring several Call Center Representatives for a high profile client local to Charlotte, NC.
***This position is 100% on-site in Charlotte and all candidates must be local to Charlotte, NC***
Start date: October 13th!
Location: 100% onsite - Charlotte, NC
Training schedule: Mon-Fri 9a-6p
Schedule: Mon-Fri 12p-9p
Contract length: 3-6 months with potential to extend and convert (contingent on performance)
Pay Rate: $18/hr w2
Top requirements:
- 2+ years Customer service or prior call center experience
- Experience with billing (reading ledgers, statements, invoices, POs)
- Microsoft Suite Experience (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Plus: Salesforce experience (AgentOS preferred), previous telecom experience
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- This team is supporting the client's customers
- Assisting customers with any billing issues/questions
- Candidates need to be able to help review billing statements with customers & answer questions
- Candidates need to be able to think on their feet & assist with different types of end client accounts
- Working within billing systems (icoms/csg) & Salesforce Agent OS – as well as other tools they will learn in training
