Location: Greater Boston, MA (Hybrid/Onsite)
Science: Advanced Biologic therapy
Job Overview: This scientist will work closely with the discovery, process development and formulation teams to develop and qualify analytical methods on oligo therapeutics in clinical development.
- Develop and perform analytical methods for needed for release, stability, product characterization, and raw material testing.
- Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and methods
- Author and review analytical test methods, SOP’s and technical reports related to API and drug product.
- BS/ MS or PhD with applicable experience at the Scientist level
- Strong hands on experience in HPLC/UPLC/SEC/IEX/LC-MS instrumentation and wet chemistry techniques including particle size measurement
- Experienced with applicable ICH regulations for method development and method transfers
- Any exposure to oligonucleotides and or injectable drug formulation is preferred
