Position: Director of CRM
Location: Onsite in Memphis, TN or Dallas, TX
Duration: Direct Hire
Rate/Salary Range : $120-$150K
Position Overview:
- CRM instances and licensing, Application development within the CRM platform, the Support of business unit systems and applications hosted on the CRM platform, monitoring and reporting on CRM health and performance, monitoring and reporting on project status, presenting roadmaps and updates to the Varsity Leadership Team.
- Provides leadership, technical guidance, and oversight to Salesforce CRM team
- Partner with business stakeholders and lead new projects and initiatives related to CRM
Must Haves:
1. Senior level experience managing Salesforce teams
2. Previous experience as a Program Manager or Solutions Architect in Salesforce
3. Experience working with the Business and working as a Partner
4. Experience Managing the team and priorities – environment is constantly evolving, must be able to manage effectively
