Overview:
We currently have a contract opportunity for a TPM Integration Lead to lend specific subject matter knowledge around lead design for TPM, IBP, and Salesforce Integration.
- Lead the design and implementation of integrated solutions for TPM (Trade Promotion Management), IBP (Integrated Business Planning), and Salesforce integration to facilitate effective sales planning.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional project team members to define requirements and develop solutions that align with business needs.
- Take ownership of developing and testing the integrated solution, ensuring its functionality and seamless operation within the existing systems.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to business users post go-live, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Document and maintain key deliverables such as requirement traceability matrix, business process design, functional specification documents, test scenarios, and training materials to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong experience in integration with planning systems, demonstrating the ability to seamlessly connect different systems and enable efficient data exchange.
- Proven track record of successfully completing multiple rollouts at various clients, ideally having been involved in 2-4 rollouts to showcase a comprehensive understanding of implementation processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, with an in-depth knowledge of its functionalities and capabilities to effectively utilize it within the integrated solution.
- Solid understanding of planning processes and experience with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and SAP, enabling the alignment of planning solutions with business needs.
- Possession of a comprehensive and respectable view of trade promotion management and business functions, showcasing a thorough understanding of end-to-end processes and the ability to provide valuable insights and expertise in this area.
