Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking for Certified Pharmacy Techs in the Plainfield, IN area!!

Title: Pharmacy Technician
Pay: Starting at $19/hr
Location: Plainfield, IN (Onsite)
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Shift: Shifts run Sunday – Friday; Employees work 10 hours shifts; scheduled 4 days a week (Changes week to week, there is a rotation)
2nd shift - must be available to work a 10-hour shift any time between 2pm to 2am
3rd shift - must be available to work a 10-hour shift any time between 10pm to 10am  (greatest need)
Holidays: Closed Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day
Orientation:
Everyone starts and attends Orientation on Tuesdays from 9:30am – 4:30pm
1-Day of orientation with Safety, QA & Security Team, HIPAA & Computer Training then roll onto their assigned shift for on the job training.
Summary 
Registered to work in IN as a pharmacy technician; ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements of position. This site has major inventory that needs to be moved, so there will be quite a bit of lifting, stacking, moving pallets. Very physical & lifting work.
Responsibilities:

• Replenish medication into cells for automated dispensing stations.
• Manually fill prescriptions; package medications.
• Stock packages weighing up to 50 lbs into racks and shelves.
• Long periods of standing and walking; repetitive hand movements.
