Apex Systems is supporting our large client headquartered in Cleveland Ohio in n need of a Senior Business Analyst to join their digital technology team. This BA will be focused on the implementation of Salesforce with a special focus on Salesforces service cloud aspects.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience working on and around business processes
• 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Strong experience defining requirements, understanding business needs
• Understanding of sales cycle, opportunity management, lead generation and sales process
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Must have passport or be willing to get passport
• Familiarity working in agile environment
