Length: 6 month contract to hire
Day to Day:
Phone/computer based role working directly with external customers on troubleshooting technical issues related to the security alarm equipment, cameras, etc.
Job Description :
- Provide advance troubleshooting of client products and services after installation. This includes Working directly with customers correcting issues to prevent unnecessary truck rolls.
- This position focuses on remote service providing advanced troubleshooting while allowing our field organization to focus on servicing customers where an in-person technician is needed to resolve questions, concerns, and or improve the customer experience.
- The Virtual Specialist must possess a strong ability to interact with customers remotely in order to negotiate spending time on the phone, working through the alarm issue remotely vs. receiving service within home or business.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
-2 years of customer service experience
-1 year of alarm system experience or equivalent preferred
-Technical aptitude, problem solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple items at once
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and related products, such as Word, ---Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Experience in starting and working on advanced projects, showcasing the ability to drive technical initiatives and deliver results.
