Job Description:

Location: New Braunfels, TX

Schedule: 1-2x onsite per week

Job Details: 6 month contract to hire

Openings: 1

Interview Process: 2 rounds

 

Must have:

  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (formerly SCCM)
  • Experience with configuration of Windows 10, 11 operating systems
  • Experience with configuration of Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 operating systems
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting workstations; 2 years of server experience

 

Nice to Have:

  • Microsoft Intune
  • SOTI MobiControl
  • HP Wolf Security Consoles (e.g., Security Manager/Jet Admin)
  • Application Whitelisting (e.g., Airlock Digital/Microsoft)
  • EDR Deployment/Management (e.g., Crowdstrike/SentinelOne/ etc.)
  • Systems Vulnerability Patching and Configuration (with support from tools such as Rapid7, Tenable, Qualys)
  • Other device management applications/services
  • Experience with configuration of Apple iOS, Android OS
  • Linux OS patching
  • ServiceNow
  • Experienced working in an ITIL managed environment
  • PowerShell – identifying where to find, run and modify scripts
