Job Description:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST
  • Duration: 3 months (potential to extend)

Job Description:
Create new and review existing html-formatted knowledge articles and (re)format aligned to client knowledge standards, leveraging ServiceNow knowledge article templates. Partner with functional subject matter experts to create or enhance article content. Apply user criteria to limit/highlight the articles by user populations, and leverage knowledge blocks to standardize verbiage across articles. Participate in user acceptance testing for knowledge-related bug fixes. Review other knowledge authors submitted articles for alignment to article standards and approve/reject accordingly.
Candidates need ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English with demonstrated ability to leverage consistent tone, grammar, and style in written form. This is a short term assignment to help us optimize our knowledge articles within our HR case and content management system.
Must have skills/technologies:
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
