Job Description:Position: Data Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
- Onsite 4x/week
USC/GC/Visa: W2 only
- 3+ years of analytical experience
- SQL – ability to write queries (joins, select statement)
- Relational DB experience
- SQL or Oracle
- Strong Excel
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This role is within the customer experience team at Charter – they are responsible for call center technology that makes calling into a call center more pleasant for the customer and easier for the call center agent to mitigate problems. As a whole, the group is working to implement AI to route calls, give caller information and to help solution for the agent. This data analyst will be responsible for utilizing SQL to create queries and extract data as related to call center metrics. The overall goal is to quantify the success or failure of their new initiatives (ie. Billing performance or appointment scheduling) comparing new data to baseline metrics. From there, this person should be an expert in transforming the data into a consumable format for senior leadership. The team is seeking someone with an analytical mindset who has a passion for creating creative and initiative reports utilizing basic tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
