Project Manager- ERP

Job Description:

• Strong experience with Enterprise Resource Planning suites and related projects
• Coordinating, leading, and managing project meetings and collaboration sessions across multiple countries
• Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, status decks, sprint plans and action items
• Create project commitment plans evaluating effort, headcount, costs, risks, etc., and present to executive leadership for approval
• Work with the project team to identify the level of effort required for tasks or projects. Work with cross-functional departments to ensure they are engaged and prepared to implement new project initiatives including associated process changes
• Seasoned in Project Management processes and willing to train others to create a more mature Project Management Office as a whole
• Enforce process and procedure. Produce, manage, and report on project plans
• Documenting results
• Risk identification, mitigation, and issue management

• 5+ years project management experience, with 3+ years in the ERP space
• Change Management and Organizational Change experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, with the ability to connect across cultures and time zones.
• Working experience in an Agile environment, as well as Agile Project Management processes
• Experienced partnering with vendors, engaging stakeholders, and navigating organizational integrations
