Apex Systems is seeking a Helpdesk Lead for a long term engagement. This is an outstanding opportunity for a someone highly skilled in IT phone support who is interested in a leadership career track. The role will entail 50% mentoring/leading, supporting helpdesk leadership to run the day to day operations of the team. Ideal candidates will have the following experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in technology customer support
- Proven experience in a mentor or lead function (this does not have to come from a titled Manager or Lead role)
- Must have a background in leveraging and interpreting KPI reporting
- Must be able to not only influence junior team members, but also set the example from the perspective of attitude, work ethic, and communication
- Technical Skills: M365, SharePoint, Active Directory, Ticketing Systems, ITSM
