Help Desk  LEVEL I
Richmond, VA (hybrid remote/onsite)

6 month Contract to Hire
 

MUST HAVE:

  • 3+ years of Experience in IT Help Desk
  • Experience in a Windows 10, MS Office, Teams environment (would be okay with the college helpdesk too)
  • EXCELLENT Customer Service skills (service industry or retail exp. is a big plus!)
  • Experience with Active Directory/AD – setting up new users (or AAD, they are in a hybrid environment right now both on prem/cloud; this is a big plus)

 

NICE TO HAVE:

  • 4 year degree/would love to see experience at the college helpdesk
  • Experience with AAD is a nice bonus
  • Experience with O365/Intune Administration
  • Jira Service Mgmt (Ticketing System) – any ticketing system will do, they service around 20 tickets a day.
  • Familiar with network troubleshooting
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network +, MCSA
  • Experience with major hardware vendors (dell, Lenovo, HP)
  • Retail or service industry experience
