Senior Forescout & Medigate SME
Client Industry: Healthcare IT
Expected Hours: Full Time Contract - 37.5 hours / week
Contract Length: 6 Months (3x 6 month extension available)
Intended Start Date:  ASAP
End Date: 6 Months from Start Date
Project Description: 
Technology Services (TS) is responsible for a number of large-scale IT projects for the Health Authorities of British Columbia. These projects can include IT infrastructure, cloud, security, integration and strategic initiatives.
Technology Services requires an additional Senior Forescout & Medigate SME to support a variety of infrastructure and security projects within a growing security portfolio.
The Senior Forescout & Medigate SME will work closely with the Director, Portfolio/Program Managers, Project Managers, Project/Program Coordinators, and a variety of internal and external stakeholders to effectively deliver business results by championing a culture of accountability and consistent application of project management practices.

Services Required:
The selected Candidate is expected to be the Forescout and Medigate SME for the Organization.
  • Will be responsible for looking over alters from Forescout and Medigate and choosing appropriate categorization and remediation of risks identified. 
  • Will be drawing up reports from results and automating them
Specific Qualifications or Experience Required: 
A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a university degree or technical diploma in a Computer Science program, plus related certifications, and at least four (4) years of recent experience with Networking Protocols, Forescout, Medigate, and Automation Experience (drawing up reports using CMDB) in a large, complex corporate environment. In addition, the selected candidate will have the following experience:
  • Networking background
  • Forescout
  • Medigate
  • Automation 
  • CMDB
Constraints and Special Considerations:
  • Proposed candidates should be located in BC, as they will be required to come into the office once per month.
