We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Organizational Change Manager to join our technology team. As an Organizational Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and supporting organizational change initiatives within our technology department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes by our employees, while minimizing resistance and maximizing the benefits of change.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new technologies and processes within the technology department.
- Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify potential areas of resistance and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective communication plans, training programs, and resources to facilitate smooth transition and adoption of changes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and engagement throughout the change process.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and barriers to change, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Act as a change champion and advocate, promoting a positive and supportive change culture within the technology department.
- Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in change management activities.
- Collaborative: Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Self-starter: Ability to take initiative and work independently, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Driven: Strong drive and determination to achieve desired outcomes and meet project timelines.
- Exposure to training (a plus): Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs related to organizational change management would be advantageous.
- Prosci certified (a plus): Prosci change management certification is highly desirable.
- SAP experience (a plus): Previous experience working with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems would be advantageous.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Organizational Psychology, Change Management) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing technology environment.
