Job Title: Quality Analyst II 
Location: Ashland, VA - Onsite role 
Contract Duration: 3-4 month contract with the potential for extension 
 
Job Description: 
The Quality Analyst II with direction from quality management oversee client QMS. Ensuring the QMS is align with the business and ISO standards. This position also manages and maintains the eQMS ensuring it is functioning as attended.
Job Responsibilities: 

  • Process owner of client QMS processes to include Product Lifecyle Management, Production Process, Measurement & Analysis & Improvement Process, etc.
  • Drive the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of client QMS (Change Control, CAPA, Document management, Training, Design Control).
  • Provide word processing support for improving manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms, to implement an effective Quality System.
  • Ensure conformity of the Documentation System (Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms) in line with IS09001 Standard.
  • Train functions and standards of the Quality Management System.
  • Manage internal audit systems including follow up and resolution of audit findings.
  • Participate in periodic Quality Management Review
  • Establish quality metrics for associated processes for tracking and reporting.

Supplemental Responsibilities
  • Maintaining GMP compliance related activities with current standards, and best practices.
  • Provide compliance and quality system training for the organization.
  • Partner with peers in multiple functions to ensure awareness and maintain alignment between regulatory activities, customer needs and business objectives.
  • Secondary back-up for other technicians.   
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline; Or 8+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems maintenance and operations.
  • Must have knowledge of quality terminology.
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English, Spanish is a plus.
  • Must have excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable speaking in public forums.
  • Must be able to independently use personal computing applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook.
