nCino Production Support

Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking to hire an experienced L3 Production Support Specialist specializing in the nCino platform for a large financial client.  The position can sit in either Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ.
Pay Range: $60-65/hr.
12 mo. Contract (extension/conversion based upon performance and project funding)
Hybrid Schedule (3 days onsite/2 days remote)
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:  

This individual will be working on L3 Level Production Support issues. For example, if there was a Credit Action failure on the nCino platform, they would have to pull up the loan, go through the history on the backend, run the logic and flows, figure out why it failed and come up with a workaround solution. This is just one example of many. This person needs to be highly motivated, have good communication skills, and knows the nCino platform well. Previous banking is required as they need to understand banking language, commercial credit, and the processes of the bank.
