Job Title: Communications Consultant 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communications Consultant to join our technology clients  Organizational Change Management (OCM) team. As a Communications Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic communication plans to support organizational change efforts for technology initiatives. The successful candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, be a self-starter, and have extensive experience in communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technology initiatives and organizational change efforts to develop comprehensive communication strategies.
- Create and execute strategic communication plans that effectively convey complex technical information and facilitate understanding and adoption among various stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver engaging and impactful communication materials, including presentations, training tools and resources, emails, newsletters, and sharepoint content
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging across all communication channels.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify key communication opportunities and challenges, and develop targeted communication strategies to address them.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on communication best practices and tactics.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technology communications and change management.
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, preferably within the technology industry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce error-free communications materials.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively tailor messages to different audiences.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office and sharepoint
