Large, international medical diagnostics company is expanding their team and wanting to hire a Technical Writer. We offer a tenured team of professionals who collaborate to discover and optimize patient diagnostics to improve health outcomes.
This role will be working onsite at our office in Indianapolis, Monday - Friday during the day.

-Writes and edits Standard Operating Procedures and technical, clinical and/or marketing publications including procedure manuals, user and service documentation (User Guides, Online Help, User Assistance) and other related documents.
-Integrates various sources of information into a uniform style and language for regulatory compliance.
-Maintains periodic review of training materials to ensure compliance and accuracy.
-May assist with technical publishing.
-Assists in developing documentation for instructional, descriptive, reference and/or informational purposes.
-May coordinate the review, approval and revision of procedures, specifications and forms.
-Works with initiators to rewrite, clarify or reconstruct controlled documents.
-Works independently within guidelines and policies, and receives minimal guidance.
-Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and provides functional guidance.
-BS in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, or a related field preferred
-Pharmaceutical/Medical Device or Diagnostics Industry experience with technical writing
-Applicants need to be self-motivated, fast learner, critical thinkers, and enthusiastic about science research.
-Applicants need to have strong time management and organizational skills in a dynamic, constantly changing environment, and able to multitask and work on different projects
-Applicants need to work effectively & independently, exhibit a professional manner and establish constructive working relationships.
-Ability to prioritize task, coordinate tasks with others, and meet the deadlines
-Good written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels within the department.
