Digital Transformation Testing Manager
Long term contract through 2025
Jacksonville, FL-- hybrid onsite 3 days/week
Position Details: 

    • Develop an enterprise/cross-project/program testing strategy for digital transformation efforts, including explanation on how the strategy aligns with the organization’s overall transformation goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
    • Develop comprehensive testing plans that outline the scope, objectives, resources, and timelines for testing activities.
    • Identify and define different testing types (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing). Include testing levels (e.g., unit, component, system, user acceptance testing) and their roles in the development life cycle. Ensure that test cases cover all aspects of the software, including functionality, performance, security, and usability where appropriate.
    • Assist in establishing guidelines for executing test cases, including test data preparation and execution environments.
    • Establish benchmarks for success and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
    • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders (testing teams, development teams, project managers, other stakeholders).
    • Identify testing resources requirements, tools, and environments
