Work as a Mobile Marketing Specialist executing push & SMS notifications campaigns in support of the business. In this role, you will get the opportunity to gain a well-rounded marketing experience and build core marketing skills.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, knows how to get things done and can work both autonomously and with partners. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mobile, be tech savvy, and unafraid to get their hands dirty in execution tasks. This role will report to the Channel Expansion leader.
Develop and execute mobile marketing strategies that drive user engagement and retention. Draft campaign briefs with requirements covering creative, copy, in-product experiences and tracking. Implement detailed campaign QA (proofreading and editing) and end?to?end campaign experience testing. Partner with the Marketing Operations team to ensure flawless and proper campaign deployment. Create effective and compelling copy for push notifications that drive user engagement and increase conversion rates. Work closely with the creative agencies to develop engaging visuals and animations for push notifications. Develop a comprehensive test plan that leverages A/B and multi-armed bandit testing to determine the most effective design, tone and frequency. Analyze campaign performance and leverage customer data and BI tools to identify and segment key audience groups. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and reducing execution complexity. Partner with Product Management and Strategy to create seamless customer experiences. Develop & maintain mobile-marketing calendar, and other mobile program artifacts. Gather and analyze competitive intelligence while staying up-to-date with cutting-edge mobile marketing trends and best practices.
5+ years of experience in mobile marketing or related field. Proven track record of developing and executing successful mobile marketing campaigns. Expert knowledge of A/B testing and multi-armed bandit testing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills. Marketer at heart with a knack for identifying the right copy / creative / tone of voice. Experience with an enterprise-level marketing cloud solutions such as Braze or SFMC. Detail oriented and great communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated track record of operating independently and efficiently to manage multiple priorities and projects, often in a fast-paced and changing environment. Highly organized with ability to manage multiple milestones and deadlines, and deal with a large number of stakeholders. Knowledge of digital campaign reporting tools and practices. Understanding of best practices around test design and segmentation. Agency management experience is a plus.
